The community of Wexford was designed by architects to be visually appealing to the people who live or travel through its streets. Each home was situated on the lot to provide the best positioning on the land lot for maximum use of space while providing the greatest visual appeal.  Whenever possible, all garage doors opened to the side of the home, providing privacy to the homeowner and increasing the curb appeal. The clubhouse was a historic farmhouse that now sits atop  the hill of this huge farm land that has become home to 440 homeowners.  The developers took great caution to preserve the hand carved fireplaces while providing the maximum usable space to create a classic renovation of a farmhouse turned into a stucco-clad club house. 

The clubhouse remains the center for neighborhood socials and casual get togethers for residents. The pool provides lots of summer fun as the home of the Wexford Waves, our swim team that has done very well in North Fulton competition. The homeowners association continues to improve and modify the facilities to make them more functional and more updated for our use. Homeowners continue to volunteer to serve on the board of directors and other committees to make this a functional community with lots of amenities that need to be managed and cared for. This has resulted in one of the most sought after communities in North Fulton even though we are more than twenty years old.
