Wexford Statistics for 2009
Thirteen homes were sold in 2009. It was not a good year for home statistics in our Wexford Community.
For the first time in years, there were 4 homes that were sold under $300,000, oner of those homes actually sold under $200,000. Those homes drove down the average cost of homes sold. If we eliminated the highest home sold, along with the lowest priced home, they cancel each other out with almost the same average for the community.
The number of days on market was way off of the charts for the year, all of which is attributed to the market slowdown.
